-          On the first day: Tasting of Spaltenna wines accompanied by Pientino Cheese and Pratomagno cold cuts;

-          On the second day: Cooking lesson by the starred Chef Vincenzo Guarino and conducted by the Chef Vincenzo Balzano (length: 2 hours) followed by dinner with the dishes realized, accompanied by Spaltenna wine;

Package for more active guests who wish to combine the relaxing in an elegant retreat with healthy outdoor physical activity and the discovery of Chianti from a naturalistic and historical-artistic point of view. During the excursions stops are planned to visit churches, castles and medieval villages.  

The Package includes:

-          Accommodation for two nights in a double room or Junior Suite, buffet breakfast included;

-          Fruit basket in your room upon arrival;

-          2 candlelit, 4 course, à la carte dinners for two persons, drinks not included;

-          Free use of the Castello di Spaltenna's kit (bathrobe, slippers and pool towel);

-          Free entrance to sauna, Turkish bath, outdoor pool, indoor heated pool and gym;

-          6-7 hours Hiking tour in Chianti (max 16Km), accompanied by an Environmental Hiking Guide (L.R. Toscana 14/2005) – Difficulty: medium
